Returns and Exchanges: If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hibacollection11@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 07977244017. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can review your request.

Perfume and Attar Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed perfume and attar products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds: Once your return or complaint has been reviewed and approved, we will inform you of the available resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, exchange, or refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items: Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery may not qualify for a return or refund. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been dispatched, where applicable. Orders that have already been dispatched may be subject to our return policy and applicable law.

Shipping Costs: If an item is confirmed to have been damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we will explain the return shipping arrangements. For other approved returns, shipping costs will be communicated before the return is processed.
